"Palestine does not have the right to exist,"

After USA bombed Japan and Germany into submission
executed and imprisoned its leaders We have reasons to believe that this nations will be able to create countries that are able to
coexist peacefully with neighbors.

False. There was no reason at that point to think these countries would coexist with their neighbours. That came through the post war reconstruction and imposition of certain laws and procedures by the victors and which the fallen accepted.

So far there is no reason to believe that Arabs
will be able to create State in Palestine that will peacefully coexist
with its neighbors.

False. As there was no reason in 1945. Didn't stop the Allies from going ahead with their programs.

And it will be too costly for Israel to proof it to the rest of the world by trying to create one.

Sort of false. They haven't tried. Oslo agreement was undermined by both Israel and Palestinians.

So occupation is the only future for Arabs in Palestine

Your conclusion above doesn't follow from the above premises.

whether it will be brutal or not it is for them to choose. It should be obvious
that response to the suicide bombings will be Military action will mass arrests distraction of property and infrastructure.

That is a description of the present, not the future. And doesn't follow from your argument above.

"settlements" did not force Arabs out, settlements used to provide excellent opportunities for economic growth, than intifada stopped it.

They provided some opprotunities for some people. They also imposed private highways for Israelis only, checkpoints, no freedom of travel to palestinians, military oversight, and destruction, occupation, confiscation of palestinian property and water, and a sort of "apartheid" reminiscent of South Africa with an attending brutality necessary to impose such a regime.

Arabs were forced out. You are incorrect.

As to the claim that some of the land in Israel is Arab land : Arabs took it by force and the last episode is bloody pogroms in the
East Jerusalem in 1947.
And land taken by force can be taken back by force.

That was then. This is now. All kinds of arrangements can be arrived at besides serial confiscation.
