It's not BS, it's true. Do your own research. read the latest government report on ANWAR drilling which took 12 years to compile. Don't believe the Bush-Big Oil spin machine. They lie through their teeth. If you don't believe that, I have one word for you "Enron". Enron/Bush/Cheney should have been name of the ticket.
