No, you do YOUR homework. I have read the Bush energy plan and the 9 bilion figure is there. Educate yourself and learn. The Bush-Enron-Cheney energy lies are legion, and so obvious to anyone paying attention. Why do you thnk there are three investigations ongoing against them now. This is not trivial and is very current. It also has to do with some 40 billion gouged from consumers from June 2000 to June 2001. It ended the day jeffords switched parties. Ask yourself why. And don't lie to yourself.
