Kap, The bad news is that Yamhill extensions are not x86-64 compatible and that they will be supported by MS. I was trying to read between the lines as well, and I didn't come to any conclusion on whether the Yamhill instruction set will be compatible with AMD or not. Jerry set (elsewhere, not in this testimony) that Intel has the right to use AMD's instruction set. Joe
