Remember that technically huge volumes on a up day is significant rather than just looking at the huge volumes alone. I believe the trend line has broken to the upside and the fundamentals are marching right in line. I do beleive we will have to wait until the stock hits $12 or $13 per share before the rank and file "momentum" players jump in. However, I looked at the chart and agree that significant moves were made at larger than average volumes however, I don't feel it is a bad sign for SUNW going forward.

They are setting up for a huge push forward with their new chip line of servers that in essence, give companies consolidation and vastly improve performance , management and TCO. They are ever reluctant to reduce head count. That is the most significant positive for SUNW. When the business comes back because it is in Vogue to spend on IT again, they will have the experienced workforce already in place to move rapidly.

Also note, they have made up ground while IBM lost ground.
