Tom, Argentina closing the banks. The President of Venezuela thinks we hate him just because we applauded the jackboot types who couped him for a couple of days. The most brilliant guy I know has been buying puts on Mexico Fund. Go home, Ugly American is back in vogue. It didn't take long for Dubya to wipe out our goodwill in the third world after 9/11.
