Bill - I believe that problems with the Jaz media may have been caused by many different factors. But the problems themselves aren't the problem for Iomega. The problem is now a PR situation. Iomega has basically denied that there is anything wrong. I am starting to become convinced that if there is nothing wrong now, there was at some point. Perhaps early problems have already been fixed. The only way to deal with the PR issue is for Iomega to forthrightly acknowledge whatever problems have been seen, and to explain how they have been or will be fixed. - Allen
