You know SAN Suckers are way overvalued as IT budget just ain't there for analysts forecast and growth. They're waiting for suckers to come in and buy at high.

Softie, You might be right. Have to admit it even though I am long this market (for now).

There won't be any spring/summer rally unless companies are ready to start buying back their own stocks. The only tech companies that are going to do well are those based in Asian markets like China, Korea, Taiwan. As for American stocks, only those techs that do not face competition from the far east (ex, Intel, AMAT) might be OK. Companies like AMAT benefit from growth over there. I don't believe there are any big semi equipment names over there. (maybe in Japan but their companies face the same problem as the American names)

I don't believe those "san suckers" have competition over there...I could be wrong.

IT budgets might be increasing somewhere in the world but not in North America or Europe.

The one exception may be biotech...as a part of the technology group. The US is where all the action is taking place. No real worries about international competition as long as valuations are OK.

jmho.
