Dan, it's a Northwood, so a measly 200MHz overclock sure doesn't sound like much. However, I have a limited basis for comparison, since I have not heard of whether or not others encountered my similar problem, which was recovering the Windows dump from cold start in order to enable those cool suspend to RAM and suspend to disk features. Maybe all Northwood parts have problems doing this when overclocked, or maybe it's just me. Like I said before, I can run "stable" at 2.2GHz, or even higher, but the computer just doesn't seem to like starting up from a cold start at those speeds. FWIW, I also didn't bother to get more than the retail heat sink. A more premium one could have made a difference, but again, I have no personal basis for comparison. I want the suspend feature to work, and 2.0GHz is "fast enough" for me right now.
