The E,id, is applied to a company by SEC regulators when the company fails to give it's financial report.
As dave says the company has 30days to produce the financials, but if they don't the company vanishes into the lowest of the low, the pink sheets or simply, plain non-existence
The fact they are not producing their financials because they are "doing an audit" could be someone ripped off by the initial Pump and Dump has blown the whistle and HQNTE.OB know they are under scrutiny. max
