ATHY had negative EBITDA of $28.5 million and $32.3 million, respectively, for 2001 and 2000.

Back out the $37.8 million in goodwill on their books and they had a negative tangible net worth of $38.7 million at December 31, 2001. I'm actually a bit surprised that their auditors left the goodwill on their books at year end.

Even if they emerge from Chapter 11, there is going to be little if anything left for the shareholders.
