The family has the effective monopoly on import of cement to Israel and occupied territories, as well as the Palestinian territories, dealing with both the state of Israel and Mr. Arafat. The world operates so very strangely, but perhaps not very surprisingly. In any case, their business should improve given the reconstruction needs of one warrior state and the perimeter fencing needs of the other combatant nation.

Up about 1% for April in USD terms. Down 3.7% YTD though, but up 31.6% on 1 October 2001.

Selling Looksmart (LOK.AX, NASDAQ: LOOK) here in Aus at the open Monday morning. Chart shows it is about to decline. Still think it is a good long term punt.

Went long NDS (NASDAQ: NNDS). Price smashed down by Vivendi court case. Insiders believe it is BS.
