the oldest buidings had to be the smallest buildings. only makes sense. the smallest buildings are the lowest cost buildings. suncom bought a lot of land and buidlings in 1999 - 2001. They overpaid for that real estate and now are trying to sell it. you don't really have all the data to make an informed analysis of the suncom real estate situation. there's good and bad there, and at any rate, a sideshow.
