Is this your opinion or can you provide us with some supporting evidence for the following statement of fact you seem to be making: "suncom bought a lot of land and buidlings in 1999 - 2001. They overpaid for that real estate and now are trying to sell it." Making a statement of overpaid has to be based on something concrete. I'd say knowledge of SUNW (or any company) trying to sell it's land/buildings would take a number of things, including seeing 'for sale' billboards, being a commercial real estate agent, or working in whatever division of SUNW deals with this.
