Mon 14 Jan, 2001 Appoints David Boyce as Director of Domestic Operations

WILLOW PARK, Texas, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (NESS) announced today that it has appointed David Boyce as Director of Domestic Oil and Gas Operations. Mr. Boyce was previously the President of his own Oklahoma-based energy company.

In his role as Director of Domestic Operations, Mr. Boyce will be responsible for developing the mineral rights on the company's newly acquired leases in Edwards, Parker, Jack, Wise and Tom Green counties. The company recently announced that through a series of private transactions it had acquired interests in 18,200 acres. Mr. Boyce, who has shared Ness' vision since 1990, will also assist as necessary in the company's developmental activities in Israel. He has accompanied Hayseed Stephens, Ness Energy's CEO, to Israel on several occasions and is very knowledgeable of the oil and gas opportunities there.

"I am delighted that David will join us," said Mr. Stephens. "His knowledge of energy plays in Oklahoma and West Texas and 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry will be invaluable to us as we accelerate our U.S. development activities. We believe that we have acquired some highly attractive prospects and feel that David will spearhead our efforts to develop them. Most importantly, he also shares our vision on the importance of developing an independent source of energy for Israel and financial prosperity for the Christian Community."

Mr. Boyce said, "I have great respect for Mr. Stephens and all he has sacrificed to follow his vision to build Ness Energy. I am looking forward to working with him and Ness Energy. I am excited about being a part of what the future holds here at Ness. The drilling opportunities in West Texas are compelling and they should provide a mix of low-risk drilling opportunities with the potential of being high-impact prospects."
