FASH in play. Benjamin Narasin, the CEO of FASH, filed a 13D on April 17 which included the following disclosure:

Item 4. PURPOSE OF TRANSACTION.

Item 4 is hereby amended and supplemented by adding the following thereto:

Mr. Narasin is actively considering several proposals from third parties to sell his control stake in the Company.
