Not backing Israel 100% is the big mistake that most presidents make. The "Arab World" is a backward, ignorant, murderous region that only understands fear. A major destruction of Iraq, followed up with credible threats against Iran and Syria, will turn them away from the Palastinian sewer rats and other Islamic terrorists very quickly. The subtle moves that are being made by the Bush administration will prove less preferable than the alternative of just picking at random between Iraq, Iran or Syria and toasting one of them off the map in minutes. The other two would become appropriately quiet, and far more cooperative..
