JW - We've had the slump. This looks still like a bear market and we've sort of got used to waiting for the tunr only to be dissapointed so many times. aybe this wil prove to be it, maybe not. But the economy is recovering.

We've seen MSFT this week talk optmistcally for the first time in months. Thee are simply too many serious economists who are forecastig not only recovery but a very strong one at that.

We are now into the third year of relentless grinding of peoples portfolios. It would be undersandable for many to think this will go on for ever but it wont't.

The period 73 to 82 is not comparable neither are the 30s. This is a new period and distinct from the others. Cap Ex is going to recover. Businesses are simply not going to wither and die, even though after over tow years of misery it might look like it.

You used to be very cheery and optimistic. Yuo shall be again.

Best,

L
