It's something to keep an eye on, since bullflags usually form slooowly while good pullbacks are scaring everyone and everyone's doubtful of a move up and thinking they are about to move to the downside and everything looks the worst then bamm <g>

They usually break to the upside from the 20ema, often from a doji right on the ema, so there's more pulling back to go on the weekly...

Frankly I think the NDX is going to hell but WTHDIK LOL!

but like I said, when everything looks the worst is when that patterns surprises all : )
3/1 was a fine example of that.

Just trying to keep an open mind...
