"That would effect our military capabilities over time." Your statement lends credence to those who claim that Isra-El is an American Airforce base and colony. The money to Egypt is a bribe to make nice with Isra-El. Military aid to Isra-El being phased out? Since when? The aggression will stop when Isra-El retreats to 1967 borders. They started the violence by establishing a "Jewish" State over the objections of the native peoples there. Netanyahu had a plan to wean Isra-El off of the American taxpayer's dole. As he stated it at the time, "we are going to begin an end to reliance on American aid in a 10 year time frame beginning in 2005." The year was 2000.
