" If you go to that website, Delbert mentions: awea.org There is a photo of some children playing/running in a field with wind turbines. I noticed that either the wind is not blowing, or the turbines were turned off - because it doesn't look as though any blades are moving. That being said, I understand, that (when the wind is blowing), large windmills can produce electricity a prices that make economic sense.
