JW - But Macro means the economy and just about every serious economist around is calling for huge growth this year.

As for inflation there is no serious inflation on the horizon. Gold is more volatile than the whole of the nAZ and subjet to the Russians waking up in the morning and cutting it by big sales as "distribution".

As for oil it was rising because of Middle East. But that si muhjc more of a media event than much else. The media always goes hopping mad when he Jews start defendng themselves. They didn't make much fuss when the Hindus slauughtered a few hundred Moslems a few weeks ago. They won't start with Hindus nor will the Islamic countries. No oil embargo against India, they wouldn't dare mess with the Hindus, there happen to be more Hindus than Moslems.

The Jewish troops are now pulling out of all but a few of the Judean and Samarian towns and so things on the ground are slowly quieting down and so will the oil price.

My guess is that by the end of the week the media will be reduced to daily stories about trying to prove the Jews were guilty of something but the show is just about over for the time being.

Whats more my guess is that with a bit of luck we might see some action on the political front that will further calm things.

So I just don't think that things are that bad although I'd like to see some accounts of business picking up.
