Do _my_ homework??? When people make statements of fact, it is customary for the person to then be able to substantiate their statements if asked. In writing, this is normally done in the form of references. When you stated this: "They overpaid for that real estate and now are trying to sell it." it was up to _you_ to provide references should anyone ask. I asked. May I suggest that your (unreferenced) quote does _not_ support your claim that SUNW is, "Trying to sell [real estate]." Read what Eric quoted again. There's a BIG difference between selling real estate (which you claim) and terminating or subletting leases.
