The "war" on terrorism is not needed when there are no more armies to fight. Which army do you see to fight? Any?

If it's just being vigilant and aggressive versus terrorism, then yes that's why we have FBI, CIA, their allies abroad plus surgical assassinations by covert operators. Use them all and give them everything they need. But don't be mistaken, that is not a war. And we in time Bush will have to stop saying it's war or look paranoid. I hate terrorists and think we should wipe them out. Democrats agree on that. I was against wasting money on Star Wars and for putting it into special operations which can go into an Arab souk and take out a guilty terrorist, out of his bed and cut his throat. But that is not war, those are black ops.

As for Bush's war, well congrats on wiping out the Taliban. We're glad they're gone. But they were the only army out there to fight. And the so-called Axis Of Evil doesn't plan on giving us excuses to invade them. So who else is there? (Bush is looking for someone)

As for Special Forces advising foreign troops, we've been doing that for decades so it's nothing new.

And you know what the #1 enemy really is? Our reliance on oil. Getting 75% off oil in 15 years should be our #1 agenda. More improtant than anything else for our national security. If Bush admits that I will respect him highly. But he never will admit the root cause. And we are all to blame for that with our complacency.
