No, that's simply not true. I first spoke to the CEO, Mr. Cohn on April 9th and agreed to a verbal contract on the same day, as I say on my thread header. Here is my very first post, with disclaimer, after I agree to help give them some honest exposure, posted April 9th: Message 17304487
SemiBear, you are maybe the 3rd person accusing someone of doing something that isn't true. I find that morally and ethically wrong.
JBinPA told me that I was a pump and dumper and that I had bought stock in the low 20's and 30's and I was dumping. Besides being untrue, there could be no way he would know that anyway. But he accused me of it nevertheless. I have a standing offer to show a independent party all my trading records. As I told him, I purchased stock between 57 and 74 cents on the open market, including some almost a week before I ever spoke to the CEO, based on my own DD.
I am also happy to bet you any amount of money that what you are suggesting is not true, either. I have no other way of making my point, I guess. You will lose that bet, too. I guarantee it, but feel free to bet me and pay me off.
Again, personally I find it very unethical that you or anyone accuses a person of anything without knowing the facts. Do you not think THAT is morally and ethically wrong?
I would be curious to hear your answer on that. I haven't found this whole discussion this weekend very pleasant, of course, but yet I am nevertheless learning a lot about certain human beings on S.I. I have found that a few have incredible biases and that they will readily accuse another person of wrongdoing without any proof. That just isn't right.
