And I actually agree with the gist of it. Of course, there are times when we must grit our teeth and allow the Ku Klux Klan to march, or NAMBLA to disseminate its pornography ... and by doing so we reinforce all the more the Constitutional principles that we hold sacred.

My complaint about X (in this context only) is what I see as her proclivity to publish her views about what is wrong with our society, with little balance concerning what is right about it. Indeed, this is not even a "balance," as the good in our society outweighs the bad by many times over.

Since you used the term "alien" ... I would opine that an Alien from outer space stumbling across X's posts, would be given the clear impression that our nation is one composed of a hate-filled populace. I exercised my right to take extreme exception to such a portrayal.
