Europa Cruises Corporation Announces the Selection of Charles S. Bresler To the President's Advisory Board
MADEIRA BEACH, Fla., April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Europa Cruises Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: KRUZ - news) announced today that Charles S. Bresler, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Bresler & Reiner, Inc., had agreed to serve on the President's Advisory Board.
Mr. Bresler is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bresler & Reiner, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: BRER - news) a multifaceted real estate, development, construction, management, mortgage and equipment leasing company with over $203,000,000 in assets. The company has developed, constructed and managed over 5000 residential units, shopping centers, motels/hotels, and nursing homes and over 2,500,000 square feet of commercial and office space. Mr. Bressler also currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of numerous corporations and partnerships. He has over forty-six years of experience in real estate sales, development and finance, including brokerage, insurance, investment and advisory services. Mr. Bresler is a former registered investment advisor with the Securities & Exchange Commission. Mr. Bresler has served as a Trustee and investment advisor to pension funds.
Mr. Bresler has served as a Director of the Washington National Bank Corporation, as a Director and Vice-Chairman of the Security National Bank Corporation, as a Director of the National Union Insurance Company, and as a Director of American Medical Affiliates. Mr. Bresler is a former member of the Maryland House of Delegates, a former member of the Maryland State Senate, a former member of the Scientific Advisory Council, and a former member of the Comprehensive Health Planning and the Small Advisory Board Council. Mr. Bresler has served as Special Assistant to the Governor of Maryland for Budget, Fiscal Investment and Administrative Matters and as Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Inaugural Committee in 1968, 1980 and 1984.
