Speaking of Starbucks, I heard over the weekend that until recently, Starbucks excised the Siren from its logo so as to avoid offending the sensitivities of the local religious police. Apparently, the muttawa have relented and ceased caning errant barristas, and the siren has been replaced in the logo. story.news.yahoo.com
