israel..amen! hell, BTB for semis could be horrific, and markets could surge 3-5% b/c this is the bottom. heck, there has been so many bottoms being talked about that one would think we were at Hugh Hefner's mansion. btw, looks like there really isn't a bottom in for the telecoms.
