I don't think that WCOM will become a penny stock. It will be time to buy them when they get on with the restructuring of their debt. Ok, Ok, if they don't restructure their debt, they could become a penny stock, but I am leaning toward WCOM being one of the survivors. (he says while logged on to the internet from Japan through WCOM's network).
