Tip, Hey, he's got a star from Morningstar, doesn't he? Isn't one star the best rating? <VBG> I had to laugh that he was up 130% in 1999 and UNDERperformed his competition. Yes, tech fund managers have to buy tech. But they don't have to buy grotesquely overpriced tech. Or all domestic tech. Or all electronic tech. For some reason, they all understand the first sentence, but only the good ones understand the next 3 in this paragraph.
