I am not quite sure how to respond to that post. You addressed educating Children (as you see fit) but do not address the adults or economic conditions in general. As far as the "War of Drugs" it has already failed, it is time to cut the losses. Drugs need to legalized and regulated and taxed. Oh the ugly word TAX. But anyway, perhaps you could from time to time explain why each of your initiatives is good as as well as massive deficit spending on useless war relics. Perhaps some of those funds could be used productively for the items you mentioned. You did however totally insult me by refusing to accept an explanation of terms of a preivious post and you insistence on rejecting the true meaning. That is not the characteristic of a person "who cares about others".
