TAX....at this point in time, each bottle of beer is 44 CENTS TAX.....and Cigs even more, a LOT more.
So the precedent is set....it's just the powers that be have too much to lose if the OTHER drugs are legalized.
And I am talking about the police, military, government, etc...not Philip Morris.....they would of course be delighted.
