Sorry, but if you believe that IAP has an inside track to Sharon, and can be a reliable source for what he say's or does not say, than you are among the biggest idiots I've ever run into on SI. Show me a link to a statement like that from Israelinsider, from Haaretz, from jpost, from gamla, and I'd shut up. As for the number of Pals killed in Jenin, I'll bet when the dust settles the number will be in the dozens (which is what the Israeli position is) rather than anything close to 500 (which is what numerous Islamic sources said). I have NEVER seen a situation where when both sides had a major discrepency about numbers where the Israeli's were found to be lying and the Palestinians were shown to be telling the truth. Never did happen, probably never will.
