Not easy and not enough. We'd need a ground invasion to back up the air-strikes. for that we'd need to build a strong coalition. We're already striking Iraq from the air on a regular basis. We also have to worry about what oil price spikes would do to our already beaten down economy.
I say assassinate Saddam using the CIA and some of his Iraqi enemies. Or drop a daisy-cutter on him. But that's just one strike not a "war". There isn't going to be a war with iraq as much as Bush would like one.
