in 1999-early double zero they were ignoring past performance and exulting future gains, in spring 2002 they are ignoring future performance and exulting past digressions.

hey we are in a 4 year cycle low, it has been rare that the low didn't happen in the 4th year lately other than 1986-87, however that cycle was exacerbated by some huge sentiment swings, as has this one,

i think the 4 year cycle bottomed in sept 01, and we are retesting the lows now.

i don't buy the spx 850 bear case or the perma-nut case clown poster dow 3000 theory.
