SBAC

The situation there remains interesting.<g>

In spite of its precarious looking cash position (in view of its previous recently reported loss )the company has reaffirmed its guidance at stated that they will be EBITDA positive for the present Q and able to pay any indebtedness of the company as of March 31,2002.<g>

They announced today that they will be presenting at the Bear Stearns Credit Conference on Wednesday.<g>

The insiders reportedly hold 40% and the institutions 90% (almost 150 % of the float and reportedly buying more.<g>)And there is also a short position of 4.26 M or more than 14% of the float.<g>

The stock is selling at 0.34 of book and 0.61 of sales.<g>

I don't have a position on SBAC at present, but have been keeping it on a watch list after its March 7 up-gap.<g>

I am looking for a possible rally after it makes a double bottom around the 2.30 level with the possibility of a 100% to 300% rally (with the help of some short squeezing.<g>) if the earnings reports come out in accordance with the company's guidance.<g>
