REMEMBER THIS CRAP FROM THE PAST FROM THE RB BOARD. I WONDER IF THIS LAW FIRM TOOK ACTION AGAINST ANYONE, WAS PAID BY HMC OR Z FOR SERVICES, AND ARE STILL DOING BUSINESS WITH PREVIOUS HMC OR ZNETIX PEOPLE?
EVEN CROOKS CAN HIRE LAWYERS TO GO AFTER OTHERS.
THE ONLY HARM TO THE COMPANY WAS DONE BY THE CROOKS. THE HARM WAS SELF-INFLICTED.
ARIZONA? JUST WHO ARE FROM ARIZONA? HMMMM.
Defamation Lawsuit

Our firm represents HMC and is moving forward with a full and intensive legal action against all those that are trying to improperly cause harm to the company. This suit will include any person or entity that is party to divulging of proprietary information of the companies and/or publishes defamatory comments or accusations. With the assistance of local counsel, we will be serving subpoenas on several key individuals in the Sequim and Port Angeles, Washington areas that are known to have affiliations with these posters.
Anyone who has been contacted by former employees of Znetix and/or HMC with alleged "inside" or "confidential" information, please contact our office. Also, please contact us immediately with any knowledge you have of those individuals that are posting under aliases.

HMC & Kevin Lawrence filed a frivolous defamation lawsuit against "John Doe and Jane Doe" aka thinkforyourself_2000 (me) and jplossi. Case number is 01-2-24299-7SEA (Superior Court of Washington for King County).
They mistakenly claimed that jplossi and I are husband and wife and/or ex-employees of the company. The suit was filed by a Washington attorney named Brad Steiner of Steiner Norris PLLC. When I fought this ridiculous lawsuit, Steiner referred my attorney to David Bray in Arizona. They never responded to the numerous attempts by my attorney to contact them.
Essentially, their claim was that in my post number 2005 (on this board), I supposedly claimed that the company had threatened investors (which I did not). The exact excerpt from my post reads:
"7. Investors have been threatened with both legal action and bodily harm for criticizing the company and the wisdom of the investment. Rellie's HMC Discussion Group board was abandoned and all posts deleted as a concession to these threats. If anyone would like examples of the threats, I can pull them from posts on this Yahoo board. The threats from Rellie's old board are now gone."
Clearly, I was referring to posts made on internet message boards with no specific reference to employees/officers as the offending parties. However, since the SEC action, some investors have related to me stories of being threatened by company representatives, indeed by Kevin Lawrence himself. One of them even says he has a recording of threatening messages from Lawrence himself. Fancy that.
The end result was that I fought; then ran. I would not stand idly by while they attempted to use the legal system to thwart the discussion of factual information.
Perhaps this will serve to help certain people understand my harsh feelings toward the defendants.

I'd like to clarify that I am not married to T4Y nor am I a "Jane Doe" , hehe
I am also not am ex-employee of any of these so called, HMC/Znetix company's.
Bottom line is Kevin Lawrence is such a fucking idiot that while he was trying to sue T4Y and myself, he was also bragging about the Znetix IPO, Numerous properties, and showing me his latest and greatest car (yes, showing me personally) Some visionary genius. Doesn't even have a clue who he is talking to most of the time.
If anyone ever talked directly to him they know, he sounds just like a broken record.
