Define "energy between humans". Then define " transfer of energy between humans". And remember the definitions and any laws you may propose must amenable to test- -must be disprovable.

Just as a ball thrown against a wall doesn't always return directly to the thrower (bounces left, bounces right, gets stuck between bricks. . .)yet still conforms to Newton'sThird,
Let's forget the "stuck between the bricks" case because that gets more complicated. Assume no loss of kinetic energy to heat. Then the law of conservation of momentum and the law of conservation of energy apply.
Let m1 be the ball and m2 the wall. Then initially v2=0.
For this case, the law of conservation of momentum can be stated as:
m-sub-1 times v-sub-1 equals m-sub-1 times v-sub-3 plus m-sub-2 times v-sub-4
or

m1v1 = m1v3 + m2v4 [1]

where v3 and v4 are the velocities of the ball and wall after collision.

The applicable form of the law of conservation of energy will be

m1*(v1)^2 = m1(v3)^2 + m2(v4)^2 [2]

Solving equations [1] and [2] will give the final velocities.
NOTE: The above equations are non-relativistic. They apply at "ordinary" velocities.

Now that's physics.

Your next assignment, should you choose to accept it, will be to come up with the psychological equivalent of mass and velocity. Remember, they have to be actually measurable, not just hot air. After you've done that, be sure and stop by Stockholm to pick up your Nobel Prize. I imagine it will be in Physiology and Medicine. Then come see me and we'll work out the rest.

After reading one of you posts I may say (to myself) "That was insightful . . .that was clever. . .what a bone head! . .No way! . . ."
The fact that you don't what you're talking about is not my problem.
