I can't comment about tobacco papers. I think Aku Anka went out of business long ago. However, the oil market is so near to collapse that I can smell it. It still needs to chop around to assemble the max number of bagholders, but when it goes, it should be reminiscent of the sound of the walls of Jericho falling. First, the oil market needs to see how stupid the Saudis are. Instead of taking on Russia they prefer to squander valuable resources on Israel. Israel! They must be getting their advisement from their Harvard educated young people.
