I recall when Michael Dell threw a tantrum because someone had inserted cute clip art into a power point presentation. They had bought a CD with clip art figures. He sent out a personal memo that there would be no more clip are in anything again. People didn't know what they could put in documents or presentations so Dell had the most boring text only presentations after that.
