Same questions as above. its mass was the accumulation of all the "been down too long"s and "ain't gonna take this no more"s of millions of black Americans, and tens of millions of Americans of other races who supported their struggle. Mass is measured in kilograms (KMS system). You know how much the people weighed? Velocity, defined as a measure of the rate of motion of a moving body, is represented by the speed in which this mass of civil rights activists and supporters we able to introduce laws that effectively outlawed institutional racism. Velocity is measured in meters/second (KMS system). You know how fast those people were moving? Oh, BTW, velocity is a VECTOR, not a scalar. If they were moving in all different directions, their average velocity would have been close to ZERO.
