anthony, I think it is time to jump back on the AVID short express. Not only has AVID broken through the bottom of the Bollinger band and the 50 d moving average it has broken a three month old channel. Plot the last 5 months of AVID with prices done semi-logarithmically. A channel (top line connecting the March 27th, April 24th and May 5th tops; bottom line connecting the March 1st and April 23rd bottoms) changed slope to a new channel (top line connecting the May 7th and June 24th tops; bottom line connecting the April 28th, May 22nd and July 7th bottoms). The price has now broken to the downside of that channel. Game over. JEV, waiting to close the 16-18 gap with a vengeance
