BTRN Had a fair up-move today,as it was able to close at 4 in spite of the general market weakness.<g> siliconinvestor.com They fired Arthur Andersen and hired Ernst & Young. I don't know it that move will be able to save them some money, since they are somewhat short on cash.<g> At any rate,and in spite of the low cash, since they were selling close to book, the institutions have been doing a significant amount of buying lately.<g> I have started a small position on BTRN as it seemed to be making a bottom (not a ussually good practice as is better to buy on the way up.<g>)but I think I will wait to add some when it is able to close above the April 8 H of 4.42.<g> siliconinvestor.com Bernard
