Wow, is this Microsoft case judge totally in Mr. Softie's pocket? Colleen Kollar-Kuney is so pro Microsoft that she ought to recuse herself and abuse herself. Of course, the previous guy hated MSFT. Are there any judges who like, consider the law to be important rather than which side they like best?
