By the way, how long do you think it will be before Ms. Hughes signs a mega-buck deal with Fox or MSNBC to appear a couple times a week on one of the cable TV political squawk shows?

Not long at all. I expect the cable TV news shows to provide as much information as possible. If that means hiring ex politicos, as in the case of Stephanopoulos or Hughes so be it. I would also expect Hughes to write a book or two. She would be a fool not to. She has had what some would consider an exciting career. After all, writing IS her forte'.

I like the "fair and balanced" approach Fox brings to the arena. Sometimes It doesn't seem as fair and balanced as I might wish, but that is just my perception. They have set a good precedent. Time will tell if they succeed in delivering. I know the Arabic world doesn't consider any American media fair and balanced.

Well, maybe CNN.
