i should be that honest, attentive, rational, fair judge. after my horrible divorce experience, it occurred to me that the judges and system are a mess. i didn't notice it as a lawyer. head of sothebys got reamed by the judge. he had done a lot of good. he had good recommendations from prosecutor-not to give him jail time. judge still gave him a year.meanwhile, sleazebags get off. btw- he has been hit for about $200,000,000. note the trial arafat is giving his prisoners in his compound whom he won't turn over to the israelis. note the summary executions of alleged collaborators. otoh-note how men can say i divorce you- have 5 wives- and get the kids in divorce.
