Look under law and regulations...there is an arbitration link there.

Depending on the size of your order and the best inside bid and ask may be the reason that you did not sell your stock.

Example...if you were trying to sell 5k shares at 4.90 and the best size to buy stock at that price was 500 shares then you would not have sold the stock...actually, your broker may have done you a favor by not filling the smaller order. If you had an all or nothing attachment to the order could be another reason that you did not sell.

I'd be willing to bet that the size of your oder was the problem as generally the NASD is just matching retail orders to retail orders...

Try agian tomorrow as I think you may get a better price for your stock.
