They still come over but they go through quite a bit of work [and sometimes harassment] to get to work. I'm aware that some do (I actually know an Israeli that hires a couple of Palestinians to do maintenance on his house), but for the most part they don't go anymore. It's too difficult for them. Since the intifada started, the per capita income of the Palestinians has dropped in half. >I see. The Israelis are unwilling victims in this mess. They are forced into knocking the shit out of the Palestinians because any suggestion that might lead to peace is not quite to their satisfaction.
