excellent advice, jeff. i lost my butt on two pennies with lots of hype and no fundamentals. the stock market is modern day warfare and investing in pennies gives the tactical advantage to the enemy. especially since sec laws are so lax. the ceo that killed $300,000,000 in market cap received 46 months in club fed.

thanks for the other points as well. i'd just add specficslly what was implied in your points - pick stocks with potential high eps growth with, as you said, a low pe due to a one time issue that sent wall street running.
